Four of us traveling on business were booked into this establishment and were never more shocked to see the condition of the property. While we could have overlooked the malfunctioning A/C, door locks, and the cleanliness of the rooms, it was impossible to ignore the outright refusal of any of the staff to assist their guests even when the request only amounted to assisting with getting a taxi!
There was no restaurant on premises as advertised on the web site, and the so-called free breakfast was by far the worst display possible. Overall, it was a very poor example of a Choice property and should be removed from their site. They also need to be reported to to the BBB as our stay violated the contract between property and guest.
