35 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Front desk staff at the Quality Inn West End was rude to me upon check-in. No towels in room, asked for towels, attendant nasty again. Room okay but it didn't feel very clean. Garbage in garbage can, hairs on bathroom floor. Would not stay at this hotel again.
