Nothing.Location. Hotel is located right in the ghetto. After meeting locals, they told me to not go out at night. It's a $30 cab ride downtown or anywhere else I went. Hotel had the worst continental breakfast, I walked across the street to Dunkin...

Horrible
21 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business

We stayed for 2 nights before we had to leave! The room was ok, dirty and old, and my feet were black from the carpet instantly. The second night we were kept awake by a party and people RIGHT outside our door. The front desk were not very helpful, and they could barely understand us. Will never stay here again, not safe or clean!

70 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

It was a good location except it is very difficult to reach from I-7. The breakfast was adequate. The grounds were dirty.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Quality Inn West.
I might recommend it to friends.
