50 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
While traveling in Victoria, my husband and I wanted to stay at a relatively smaller hotel. After some research, we came across the Quality Inn. It sounded like just what we were looking for! Upon arrival, I couldn't be any happier. The rooms were of a nice size. The staff could not have been more polite. They offered us suggestions where to visit in the city. What a lovely time we had. I wish the staff were so nice in all places. We truly enjoyed our stay and would most certainly go back again when the occasion arises.

Okay
Arrived at hotel after 8 PM. All hotel parking (about 20 slots) were taken. Had to pay to park across street in library parking lot. Hotel reimbursed cost of parking. No AC - fortunately the night was cool and quiet with windows open. Good location. ...
Housekeeping service was great - the front desk helpful. The restaurant was lovely, the waitress fine, and the food was good. Portions were smaller than the average US person is used to.
Need to get there early if you want to have a space...
Loved the Hotel, Warm welcoming staff, great English style pub, it;s great location, close to entertaiment, shopping and easy walking to all the attractions.

Good
This hotel had all the basics down well. Informed, friendly staff, clean rooms, satisfactory bathrooms, and location to inner harbor was great. Since it was early October, having open windows was quite sufficient.
