Good
Nice midpriced hotel, better than a lot of higher priced hotels. Shows some 'college town' wear but holding up well. Very good location but a fair hike to campus.
45 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I tried canceling my reservation with this hotel after experiencing a significant delay crossing the US/Canada border. The manager on duty refused to take my call and listen to the unusual circumstances of our failure to make it to Lansing. Furthermore, the parent company Choice Hotels has ignored emails I have sent trying to resolve this matter. The company has no sense of customer service and I will avoid staying at any of their brand hotels where possible.

we had a science olympiad at MSU, couldn't get on campus, this hotel is 5 minutes away and very affordable, rooms were clean, hot tub was yucky greenish-yellow the next day they were working on the problem. Kids enjoyed the very large pool! Nice...

The room was dirty, the hot tub was small and dirty, the room was unclean. The room had loose telephone wires, ceiling falling in, dirty carpet and bedding. I would not recommend the Quality Inn hotel to anyone.
I am not likely
to return to the Quality Inn University.
I would not recommend it to friends.
