The staff here are very polite and very helpful. The rooms are always clean, and a hot breakfast is included. Not the 5 stars by any means, but always CLEAN.

The walls needed fresh paint, you could see dirty foot prints on the walls from chldren. The room was a NO-SMOKING, but there was a cigarette butt and ashes on the floor by the night stand. We told the front desk clerk and all they said was that...

I saw the reviews and took a chance because it was so close to I-40. I was extremely surprised when I entered the room...living area, room area, clean bathroom. On my way back I decided to stay there again and had a different room...same good room....
64 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I stay there several times per year and they are always friendly and helpful. They have an excellent breakfast and the breakfast staff is always friendly. The rooms are large and they are friendly to business travelers with a work desk and high speed internet.
The front desk person is always friendly and efficient.
I am very likely
to return to the Quality Inn & Suites West.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We booked a non smoking room and even though the room was marked as such it smelt terrible. When we checked in and when we exchanged rooms, the clerk was on the phone with a personal call the whole time. We had a suite and the sofa in the television area was very hard. The beds were comfortable and the temperature controls worked well.
I am not likely
to return to the Quality Inn & Suites West.
I might recommend it to friends.
