50 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I stayed here in June 07, the Non-smoking room wreaked of cigarette smoke, there was a layer of dust on top of the tv stand, the bathroom was not clean.

The window lock was broken, and I had to jam wood into the window frame to keep from it opening..

What dump..

50 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

We reserved a suite and were misled about the sleeping facilities. There was only a king size bed and we had to get a cot, the couch was not a pull out and there was no privacy as described. The ceiling fan and entrance light did not work. They fixed the ceiling fan.

I am not likely to return to the Quality Inn and Suites Torrington.
I would not recommend it to friends.
