This is an apartment building with hotels rooms scattered throughout. It is old and dingy and has two tiny elevators for 16 floors and only one was working at a time. While we were there they were spraying for rodents. Paying for parking is one...

Nice enough hotel, but needs some upgrading in their rooms particularly in the kitchen & bathroom. Rooftop with pool, exercise room and view is amazing but needs rails for children's sake.

Clean, comfortable, in a safe and pretty neighborhood. Great rates and convenient.Bar is a bit pricey. We were pleased. The staff works very hard to keep the place in tip-top order. Good bathrooms plus a bit of a kitchen. Good value for a big city.
