45 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

A bunch of young people was running the place. They had no idea about the place -- I got 'I don't know' as an answer more than once. There were many sports players hanging around lobby all hours of the day.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Quality Inn and Suites Surprise.
I might recommend it to friends.

72 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I do not like being charge for a safe in the room when never use them. I see them as just a gimmic to charge an extra dollar per night for an unnecessary service. Also, the towel rack over the toilet was broken and never repaired even after telling th.

I am very likely to return to the Quality Inn and Suites Surprise.
I might recommend it to friends.
