26 year old female with an economy budget, traveling for business
The booking website we used stated that the hotel had an indoor pool, but the pool was only on an enclosed patio, which was closed. The maintenance people came to repair the faucet and door, which had been working fine previously, then left the faucet leaking and the door difficult to latch. However, the service was friendly and efficient and the hotel is located reasonably close to the airport and downtown.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Quality Inn & Suites Southlake.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I am visiting (actually in the room now!!) with the bellow poster and I must say this is more a ripoff than quality. 1st, The aforementioned swimming pool is covered and you cant use it. The pictures of the hotel are dim and blurry on purpose so...
