Rooms were large clean and comfortable. Location is excellent, only a few minutes walk to Reliant stadium. Was able to walk from Hotel to Venue quicker than most people who were parking at Reliant Stadium's maze of parking lots and avoid the $20.00 parking fee. Great value at 89.95

But I'm glad I did. It was a great value compared to the other medical center area hotels we have stay at before. we were going to st lukes so we got a medical rate. Staff was very nice too especially the shuttle driver.

We had stayed at this hotel last year. Hesitanat to return, but learned that there was new managment at the hotel . We were pleasantly surprised. Hotel in better shape, staff friendly and accomodating, rooms were clean, and staff seemed to be very attentive to our needs. Will definetly return here

The location was perfect for ball games and within walking distance. It was easy to find. There are restaurants close by.

The front desk personnel responded immediately to questions and needs.

I travel extensively with my job and usually have really good luck with Best Western. This was unbelievable!

My wife booked a double non-smoking for us and our son a week in advance. When we got there; we were told that there were no doubles available and when I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that he/she was unreachable until Monday(this was Saturday).

We were put in a single smoking with no rollaway where two of the three lamps in the room had no bulbs in them. I called Best Western customer care; they in turn called the hotel office and got the same story, but shortly after this call; a double non smoking magically became available.

We got an internet bargain rate of $54.00/night but learned that due to the Supercross event at Reliant Stadium; our room was going for $129.00/night. Hmmm! Why do you think they told us they didn't have any doubles?? I wonder!

Avoid this hotel like the plague!

Upon arrival I had the privilege of finding a broken ice machine in my building. The next closest one was in the next building, which I did not have access to. The Breakfast is supposed to open at 6:30 AM Central Time. Well, you might as well sleep in an extra 1/2 hour. Because the staff takes thier sweet time getting it ready. The prices are Good if you're on a budget. But you get what you pay for with this one. Watch out!

This Best Western is in a great location when going to Reliant Stadium, but sadly that's the only thing it has going for it.
