I appreciated a nice clean room, sheets smelled good (a must) bathroom did not have mildew (a must) towels were soft, love that. I arrived around 3:00 a.m. tired from an 8 hour drive-desparately needed a hot shower. Could not get that-water was barely less than luke warm; not good. Hope for hot water in the morning after only 4.5 hours of sleep - neede hot shower 9:00a.m. shower; barely luke warm, very disappointing. other than that it was good.
