The rooms were not clean. They ran out of extra towels. Our sheets smelled like smoke. Needless to say, I will not return to this hotel.

The service was adequate and appropriately friendly.

I am very likely to return to the Quality Inn and Suites Jacksonville.

It's always a pleasure to stay at their hotels. You very seldom get a surprise. They are almost always very good.

I am very likely to return to the Quality Inn and Suites Jacksonville.
