Our group is always made to feel welcome and they always go out of their way to accommodate our needs for our meetings. We receive great customer service from most of the employees. It is good value for the price. I dislike that I cannot reserve specific rooms or reserve rooms in groups, so that all the members of our group are in one area.

This hotel made me feel entertained: We were able to book a band for our members to perform near the pool after our meeting was over for the day.

I felt very well taken care of. The room and the service were top notch.

The only complaint was the bathtub and shower was not cleaned prior to room occupancy. I think they were short on staff that day. Otherwise everything was good.

To begin with, the bathroom had bugs and hair on the floor and in the tub. Anytime we had an issue with something, we were told there was no one on duty to help us. Our maid service did not arrive until 4:30 pm and then the bathroom still was not cleaned. We found cockroaches in our room, and the Jacuzzi was more like a cold bath!
