42 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The layout of the room was wonderful having the sleeping area and a separate desk and living area. The layout of the hallways was nice with the couch areas in the hallways. The breakfast was good. The location was a little further off the highway but easy to find. The coupon was very nice.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The quality of the mattress, as well as the plants in the atrium and the sitting areas in the hallways, all added to the comfortable feeling.

I am very likely to return to the Quality Inn and Suites Columbus.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I had a very nice stay, with no problems. The place was fairly quiet.

I am very likely to return to the Quality Inn and Suites Columbus.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was awful because there was confusion about the reservation. The staff was not helpful or friendly, and the room smelled horrible. It was also uncomfortable (the beds and furniture).

I am not likely to return to the Quality Inn and Suites Columbus.
I would not recommend it to friends.
