35 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We made the reservation by call.After 5 hours driving there,we were told there was no any information in their computer.No guarentee Room for us!! We should pay full price for a kingsize room.Rude and helpless!!We had to rush for another hotel in the dark with two hungry,tired young children.

Although there was no record for our reservation,but they still charged our credt card .Even they promised that won't happen.

One of our friends lived that hotel at same weekdays,we never went through by calling his room number .

We were a large group of people, We got a good deal.

They can do better than that, definitely.

Nice stayGood for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and large.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Quality Inn & Suites College Park, Maryland.
I might recommend it to friends.

Good for the price. The rate is okay. Looks like University Apartments are converted into Hotel. Old but renovated. Good breakfast.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Quality Inn & Suites College Park, Maryland.
I might recommend it to friends.

18 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

This hotel was horrible. There were dead cockroaches everywhere and the carpets made our feet itch. Do not stay here.

I am not likely to return to the Quality Inn & Suites College Park, Maryland.
I would not recommend it to friends.
