Quality Inn and Suites Clarion Hotel

The location was near my family. The problem was that the room was so cold and when I checked another room, also cold. I left to go buy a heater after two hours. In the morning I spoke to the front desk and they refunded us for the heater and they gave us a coupon for the next stay free. I will probably not stay again in the winter or the summer when the air conditioning unit might not work. The manager did all she could.

This hotel made me feel respected: They listened to our concerns and they made sure we left happy.

We always enjoy our stay here. But on our most recent trip, one lighting fixture in the room did not work. Other than that, we had no problems.

I was pleased with the helpful, friendly staff. I liked the generous parking. The hotel has easy access to the interstate.
