We needed two queen sized beds which can be hard to find in I-95 hotels. The room was reasonable clean and well appointed. My 81 year old mother found the bed very comfortable. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, safe, coffee maker, and...
29 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The location was very convenient, however the price per night for a hotel in the middle of nowhere was highway robbery. I was traveling on I-95 at twelve-thirty in the morning and needed a place to stay. They charged me for the full night at a price comparable to a larger city. Such as Washington D.C., for a room that is a Holiday Inn Express. This isn't the Hyatt or a Marriott property. They were simply taking advantage of people coming off the highway.
The fixtures, room amenities, and standard features were nice. The hotel was obviously new. The area was very quiet and the rooms were peaceful.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Quality Inn & Suites Civic Center.
I would not recommend it to friends.

We chose this Holiday Inn because it was, supposedly, new and allowed pets. It was dark, dingy, all lamp shades were lopsided because of missing screws and bulbs didn't work. There was dirt on the floor and thick dust in corners and around...
