building is old - room so smal- room condition bad - furniture old- bathroom dirty- they even didn't chang sheets- I got stye because of swim in the dirty Inn pool water.

We reserved our room through the military travel agency. When we got there they wanted to charge our card again since they said it is not showing it was paid. We find that odd, but we went ahead and gave my card instead of my husband's card that he use to book the reservation. When we got into to our room we check our acct. online it showed that we got charged twice separately. The front desk guy wasn't helpful, he gave us the 800 no. for the Choice hotel they weren't helpful! The next day the indian manager wasn't helpful at all, he had bad customer service! He insisted the we have 2 separate confirmation no. for 2 night reservation. We have the print out of our confirmation on hand but he insisted. I filed a complaint with KCRA3 for the scam that they did. I even called the travel agent she called the hotel and the manager gave her the bad customer service. Beware of this place!

Horrible
Nothing.So rude staff. We went to the hotel & had our 2 year child with us so the receptionist made us pay 33 dollars per night for him. I think that was ridiculous, we were never charged anything in any hotel before.

The Quality Inn hotel we stayed in was staffed by a friendly woman at the desk. It was a reasonable price and we earned points toward a free stay in a Choice Hotel.
The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

Horrible
Pool area was nice.Unfriendly staff, poor customer service, and poor conditions. The 'Not So' Quality Inn, check in was a disaster. The room was not clean and the overall cost was not justified with the service or appearance of the hotel.
51 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We arrived at 1:20 pm and were told that no rooms were ready and that the check-in time was 4:30pm. We went to Tahoe to attend a 5:00pm Wedding. We expected that the check-in time would have been the same as other hotels (approx. 2:00pm) and most reputable hotels do make concessions for their customers. Such a late check-in, cuts the actual stay to under 19 hours.
Front desk staff made no attempt to accomodate us, they said we would have to come back - maybe by 3:00pm. We were able to get into the room after 3:00 pm.
Clean small room, ok continental breakfast, very dim poor lighting, water pressure good but temperature could never be regulated, it moved from too hot to cold all by its self - very frustrating!
I would not recommend anyone stay at that motel until they make some major changes: add more cleaning staff; retrain desk staff in customer service; spend some money to upgrade the bathrooms; and fix water temperature problems.
I cannot rate the pool, restaurant or bar, we had not time to enjoy
