Excellent
I have set my mother in law up here a couple times when she has visited from CA. She is always happy with the accomodations, it is close to the airport. The rooms are clean and spacious.
23 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
We travel for a living and have never encountered such a luxurious hotel for the value. The pictures on their website are actually what the rooms look like vs. some hotels that picture only they're best room. The staff is very friendly, helpful and the 24 hour shuttle from the airport is great. There are a couple of restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores in the area. The restaurant/ Coffee house on the property has very good food at a reasonable price. The pool is a real full size pool and is kept very clean at all times. We have stayed here twice and both times been super impressed. The rooms are amazing with granite showers, pillow-top beds, microwave, fridge, and all the luxuries one could ask for when away from home. If all Quality Inns were like this one i would stay every night at a Quality Inn. I would most definately recommend this hotel to anyone on any budget it is affordable for the people on a strict budget and as nice as a 5 star hotel for those who have the money to spend.

While the hotel is not in the "best" part of town, it was close to the airport, quiet, and convenient to other sites such as restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. I don't think there is a "best" part of town near the airport anyway, but we felt safe there. The hotel facade and exterior didn't give us any thrills but the room was clean as a whistle. The reception personnel were very friendly and efficient. They have free shuttle to the airport and asked us if we needed it, which we didn't as we had a rental car. The only "minus" was there were no extra pillows to be had on our first night because they were fully booked. When we returned to Portland and to the hotel a week later, we asked for extra pillows at check-in and the staff was most accommodating. The microwave/fridge have been "added" so we found out that we needed to check to make sure they are plugged in. The complimentary breakfast was equal to any we have had at other establishments. There is a restaurant on site but we didn't go there, can't comment on that. The price was right and I would stay there again.
