Good
Friendly staff and good location. The restaurant is not very appealing and the food is fair. Overall, this is a nice hotel. You can tell that the rooms have been renovated and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. The only negative would be the...
We arrived on Saturday Mar 8, 09. I redeemed my choice privelege rewards points and check in and out was flawless. This was the best part of our stay. When we entered our room it smelled like dogs and or mold!!!! Knowing this was a pet friendly...
51 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I almost had to beg for the cleaning lady to fix my room and it was not ready before two o'clock in the morning. I had a meeting and I was almost late because she would not clean the room and I had no towels. Also the first day that I arrived, there was food on the floor of the swimming pool and it was filthy.
I am not likely
to return to the Quality Inn & Suites.
I would not recommend it to friends.
Clean, good price (they even have a free full course breakfast!), and if you are 50 plus, you get a discount. However, if you have anything to plug up (cell phone charges, etc.) you may want to bring a drop cord.
27 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
Some of the lights did not work, I had a hard time closing the curtains and the bathroom needed serious remodeling, it old peeling wallpaper and very dingy looking tub. Otherwise, it was quiet with friendly staff and great breakfast for a hotel.
The staff was very nice, especially the man doing the breakfast buffet. They did not care how late I checked in.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Quality Inn & Suites.
I might recommend it to friends.

Okay
Room was clean.Uncomfortable bed, tiny and useless coffeemaker. I thought that the hotel was overpriced for what we got. It was clean. I didn't see where we got better quality or saved that much money from staying there.
