Excellent
We've stayed a few times as we have family in Fresno. Pool and hot tub are comfortable and easy to access. Rooms are spacious for the money and have all amenities we need.

They made the check in go quite fast and were easy to talk to. I had questions about their Internet service and they made sure I understood how it worked and what I needed to do to get it up and running.

Horrible
I had made a reservation a week prior to my stay and when I got there my reservation had been cancelled for no apparent reason and all they could say was they were sorry but there were no rooms available and there was nothing they could do about it. ...
