40 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I was sold on the non-smoking rooms. My children loved the pool. There was only one other family in there when we were. Breakfast was good too, my kids gotta have a place with waffles. Rooms were clean, and quiet. I only wish we could of had a mini-fridge you know for restaurant leftovers. This year we will need to bring our small dog, Its nice to find a good hotel thats pet friendly. We will be back!

The location was ok, but according to the locals, slightly questionable for safety. The comfort was excellent! The room was very nice, I had everything I could want or need! The service was very friendly, as were all the workers we encountered. What I really liked was the breakfast. Their breakfast was excellent! It had almost anything you could want. My husband and son loved the eggs for sandwiches! It had all kinds of drinks, it was great!
The workers, from check in to the kitchen, they all were very respectful and helpful. They apologized if they ran out of something.
I am very likely
to return to the Quality Inn & Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and there were many brochures for the attractions in the Springfield area. The hot breakfast was very good because it helped us to save a bit on meals.

Good
This is a great value! Size is a bit smaller than most 3 stars but in every other way Krystal Aire measures up to a 3 star. Several good restaurants very close by and easy freeway acess. Staff is top notch and a good hot Continental breakfast.
