It was not all that! We stayed there for 2 months and the service was o.k. They did not do such a good job cleaning the rooms. The dust was an inch thick. The breakfast was average. They were out of breakfast items half the time.

The hotel was excellent. There was a problem with the reservation and I spent more money than anticipated.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our toilet did not work properly but the staff came to help with the problem when called.

I went with a group tour for four days. On the first night I was placed on the side next to the interstate highway with the sound reflecting off a rock face to my room. I had a quieter room the next 3 days. The balcony sliding glass door did not lock so they had an aluminum jam bar. Maid service was poor, the bed was not always made up. The elevator almost always stopped on floor 2 even though there was never anyone there. One person in the group got stuck for 5 minutes in the elevator until it started up again. The phone wakeup service was off by 30 minutes and they could not fix it. The ice machine on the 5th floor did not work.

There was no facility for handicapped persons and no elevator for my wheelchair.

we stayed here after staying a night at the days inn on trinity,let me tell you i so regreted not booking 2 nights here,this place was great,for the price,they even charged me $10 less then the website stated would be..rooms were clean,needed toilet ...

The hotel was good and with a friendly staff. One of the beds had a iron burn on the cover right through to the sheets and the hide-a-way bed was broken. The manager did fix the problems. They served a great breakfast.
