53 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The room was sub standard. The plumbing was broken. We were moved to another room and the plumbing was worse. The shower did not work. They had no remedy. All the hotels in area were booked solid so we could not move. The Quality Inn hotel did not even respond to the complaints and it would not stand behind their satisfaction guaranteed policy. We never heard back from them at all. I would not recommend Quality Inn hotels to anyone, ever.
I am not likely
to return to the Quality Inn & Suites.

This hotel has to be one of the nasitest places I've ever stayed in. There were roaches, even one in my toothbrush glass. Security? The hall locks didn't work, and there were 2 parties there in the evening which left a mess and had lots of kids...

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I asked for a working hair dyer, remote control for the TV and a coffee maker from Thursday until Monday. The hotel had me move to a different room on Monday since they couldn't seem to locate these items...

We liked the separate living room area so the kids could go to bed while we stayed up later. The room was quiet, clean and attractive, though our bed sagged toward the middle a bit. The exercise room had broken equipment. The cook ran out of eggs...
