I was at the Baymont Last month and my family LOVED IT! We have been coming there on and off for the last few years. We have such a big family and a large amount of needs but the staff here is always willing to help. They go out of their way to help

I very dirty hotel, our towels had brown stains on them and I didn't what to know what it might be, under staffed. I wanted to speak with the manager, the desk clerk called him and he was to busy to come down and talk to me. The clerk, who was very nice and said "our cleaning staff is a joke" At the breakfast buffet I observed staff putting uneaten food from used plates back on the buffet. This hotel should lose its affiliation with Bamont, which is a pretty good hotel chain

We had two rooms with one room with no tv and bedbugs. We had plans for the morning and couldn't stay around for the manager. We refused to pay and hopefully the room will not be charge to our credit.

I got bumped off of my flight. All the other nearby hotels were booked up except Baymont. I was glad I found them. I found them to be top notch and will stay with them again in the future.
I appreciated their shuttle service. I was there and checked in in no time. It's a very quiet, and comfortable place to stay.
I am very likely
to return to the Quality Inn & Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I was given a suite which was spacious, but expensive, and not as clean as the Baymont in Bowling Green where I often stay when I travel through there.
Someone put a dirty diaper in a trash can in the hall and it stayed there reeking for two days. The only working ice machine I found was on the first floor (we were on the third). When our room was cleaned, the bed was changed and maybe a vacuum ran down the middle of the floor. The sink was dirty when we checked in, and wasn't cleaned the second day either. Neither the coffee basket nor the soaps were replenished.
This all may sound nit picky but for a hundred bucks a night you expect the basics anyway. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and I woke up all stopped up because they allow smoking inside in the public areas in this hotel. Yes, they allow pets too; the manager had hers with her behind the front desk when I checked out. I find that unprofessional.
It's an older hotel but could be a nice place to stay with better cleaning staff and no smoking rules. They are in the process of renovating, or so they said but I saw no work being done while I was there. At any rate, a lot would have to be done to be worth what I paid.
