Easy to find, friendly staff.Lounge was closed for repairs?. Tub could use a more thorough cleaning.“A little pricey for the average quality but a good overall experience...
Room was clean but bathtub area was disgusting -- needs to be redone. Pool appeared clean but surrounding area (cement area around pool) needs major repairs. Lounge chairs around pool are damaged -- someone could get hurt.

51 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
"A one star hotel at best". Stayed here in May, 2006 while looking for an apartment for my son who was relocating.The front desk staff was friendly. The chairs in the room were stained and carpet dirty. The carpet in the breakfast area was filthy and I saw a cockroach in the lobby area as I was looking through brochures. Would not stay here again.
I am not likely
to return to the Quality Inn & Suites.
I would not recommend it to friends.

club interferance"A one star hotel at best". Quality motel located at 2600 E. Market street, York,PA: There is a club next to this motel which is open weekends. Stayed at this motel for 11 days.The one Saturday night there were gun shots fired and the fire extinguisher glass was blown out.It is constant noise Saturday nights from the club people hanging out in the motel parking lot. When I brought the shooting up to the front desk and I was told it happened in the club parking lot which was not true because the police were in the motel lot with the spot light on the motel when they arrived plus all the screaming was three doors down from our room. Also the first room we were assigned had standing water in the tub due to a clogged drain, so we never used this room and were giving another room.
I am not likely
to return to the Quality Inn & Suites.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Horrible
Daughter is going to York College, we stayed here for her initial visit. I will be having to make many trips back, but will never stay here again.....very dirty,dated, and pool should be condemned by state. We made the best of it and did not make a...

The staff is nice and the hotel is conveniently located but the rooms are very old and EVERYTHING needs to be updated. For the price there are much better values in the area.
