33 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I enjoyed the clean and neat atmosphere. I have been going to this same motel for since childhood with my parents and another group of people. It has become a tradition. The new owners have really improved the beauty and the cleanliness of the motel. It is a great place to stay. The pool room is by far the best in Green Bay! It is in walking distance if you would like to go to a bar, a restaurant or a store. The service was also very prompt and pleasant. I enjoyed the new continental breakfast that was really nice. The only thing I did not like was the change in the bar. It was more of a restaurant bar. In former years, we really enjoyed the karaoke and the dancing and more of a bar atmosphere. It was not a comfortable setting. The lighting was especially bright too. I would advice tourists to check out the package deals. They are worth every penny.
The lady at the desk addressed us very respectfully and so did other employees.
I am very likely
to return to the Quality Inn & Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Mediocre
The hotel is in need of updating, it was noisy with doors slamming late in the night, you could hear people in the room next door very clearly, the hallway was dirty and the parking was located in the back of the hotel off of an alley.

Okay
Our room was on the ground floor which made it easier for my 82 yr.old mother. Also we were always able to park near a door. Good restaurant down the hall, too. Nice beds. The floors could have been cleaner.

Very nice pool area. Great hot breakfast!The pool was very nice but the pool bathroom was very dirty. Overall a very nice hotel. In a great location that is close to all the attractions in Green Bay. Would definitely stay there again.
