Excellent

57 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Great Hotel!. Great hotel. Rooms were clean and the staff could not be more helpful. Nice thing about this location...close to the Freeway and right next to the IHOP. Always stay there on my visits to Waco.

I am very likely to return to the Quality Inn & Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Excellent

47 year old female with a luxury budget

We had to book (8) rooms for a funeral. We had several people coming from out of town. Everything from reserving the rooms to check out was excellent. The employees were very helpful and very nice. The rooms couldn't of been any nicer. The breakfast was perfect for our early departure. I would highly recommend the Quality Inn & Suites to anyone. There is also several eateries close to the hotel. Thanks for such great service.

The bathroom was dirty and I told the front desk. We left and when we came back, it still had not been taken care of. I called again and the manager came down and said they came in and looked and could see nothing.
