The elevator service sucks. Took stairs the entire stay. Good thing we were only on the 4th floor. Street noise cannot be helped. Was not bad sat on the balcony and enjoyed the night breeze. Would stay again.
This hotel was awful. The hallway smelt like garbage. The staff was not friendly at all and half of them "speak no English." The pool and Jacuzzi was housed in a sun room and both were in need of a cleaning. The rooms are setup funny! ...
27 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Their rooms are nasty, and the unsafe door didn't lock. I was told to use a bar to keep the sliding glass doors locked. The front door’s frame was busted away from the wall. I asked to have it fixed. No one ever came. There were no non-skid strips on the rusty stairwells. The pool and hot tub are not suitable to wash a dog in. Don't stay here to save a few bucks, it will ruin your vacation.
