Mediocre
Although it is called a Holiday Inn Express, this property is really just an old-fashioned two story motel, with no interior hallway. The free "high speed" wireless internet access was so slow it was unusable. The buildings are rusty and decrepit....

It was easily accessible from the interstate. It offered very basic and bare minimum service, the beds were not comfortable but the accommodations were basically clean. Despite the wireless internet access, even with help, I could not get connected in our room. It does allow pets and it only charges a minimal acceptable fee.
I am not likely
to return to the Quality Inn & Suites.
I would not recommend it to friends.

They have a friendly and courteous staff. I liked the quick efficient check in and check out. They have pleasant manners even though this was a very busy time of year for the city.
They have a priority club member gift waiting for me at check in. They have a friendly wait staff at the front desk and in all the other areas of the hotel. They try to accommodate my room preference.
I am very likely
to return to the Quality Inn & Suites.
