We made the reservation by call. After 5 hours driving there,we were told there was no any information in their computer. No guarentee Room for us!! We should pay full price for a kingsize room.Rude and helpless!!We had to rush for another hotel in the dark with two hungry, tired young children.
Although there was no record for our reservation, but they still charged our credt card .Even they promised that won't happen.
One of our friends lived that hotel at same weekdays,we never went through by calling his room number .
