I liked the nice room and the friendly service. The only problem was with the reservation. I reserved a room for two nights and they only had listed one. They tried to kick me out of the room after the first night.

The problem with the room when we got there were some black bugs on the floor which I cleaned up. Then when we went bed there was so much noise in the hall we could not go to sleep until about three o'clock in the morning. I plan on staying there this July only because that is where the banquet is.

They had a very friendly staff, quick check in, a very exceptionally good restaurant with fair prices. They served a buffet breakfast for customers which was just okay because some of the food should have been warmer, but the variety was good. The only problem I had was with my electronic key to my room which did not work well and had to have the staff come and help with the room each time I tried to get back in. It needs revamping. Others had the same problem. Overall experience other than the key was wonderful.
My arrival was stress free and very quick. The restaurant had excellent food and there was no push to get me out of the restaurant. My restaurant experience was much better than expected for a Quality Inn and the atmosphere and waitresses made me feel very welcome and important which was another stress free experience.

We stayed one night at the Quality Inn & Suites. From the advertising and outside appearance, it looked to be very high quality, but appearances are deceiving. Our room smelled like a sewer, and it appeared there had been a recent water leak with fresh drywall patching. The carpets were also filthy. Although the hotel was not even 50% occupied and we were traveling with four children, we were placed across the hall from the ballroom, where the disco dance of a wedding lasted until 1:00 am. The swimming pool was cold and dirty, and the whirlpool did not work. The one redeeming quality was the excellent breakfast. We will not be back.
