We enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn in Johnson City very much. Rooms were clean, All of the people at the front desk were very curtious and helpful, and the breakfest was great.

Our room was supposed to be non-smoking, but that was changed on us to a VERY smoky room. When I complained, the hotel staff only offered a glib "I'm sorry." It's not the paid staff's fault, but the owners are at fault to have done this.

Everything was great and the staff was excellent. Breakfast was awesome. Hotel is in a good location. Price was very good. Nice pool. Good restaurants all around. A lot of extras for the price, business center and free Internet. Very happy with my stay.
