Good
It was easy to get to MIS. It rained on Sunday, so we played cards in the lobby after we checked out, waiting for the rain to end. Our bathroom light flickered and maintainence came within 5 minutes to fix it. The staff was friendly. Although the...

63 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I spoke in advance with the assistant manager about the need for handicapped accessories in the bathroom and I was promised they would be available. When I arrived, several days later, no equipment was in the room. After several complaints, they got a bath seat, but other needed equipment was never supplied. I had to buy a toilet riser and make do without a frame as there was no safety bar to assist the user to rise.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Quality Inn & Suites.
I might recommend it to friends.

The location was close to my destination. The staff was wonderful. They were on the ball. They asked about my visit with the clinic that I was going to and about how I felt. They made sure that our stay was great. I intend to stay there again when I have to return to the doctor in the future.
The personnel at the Inn knew my name and used it. We had our dog with us and they were interested in him. They were polite and they were always kind.
I am very likely
to return to the Quality Inn & Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Carpeting was greasy with dirt. Plugs and lights did not work. Internet hookup was complicated and worked sporadically. Drunken students roamed the halls at night.

Mediocre
The hotel smelled. The carpeting was horribly worn and greasy with dirt. Lots of the plugs and most of the lights didn't work. The sliding door wouldn't open. But the real problem was that they had rented to a group of teen or early college...
