Rooms weren't very clean. Hair in the bathtub and on the sheets. The bedspreads smelled like smoke in a nonsmoking room.

Quality Inn & Suites was one of the best Quality Inn & Suites we have ever stayed in. The beds were very comfortable and the price was right, the outdoor pool was outstanding and warm. We will be back!

Soiled Sheets-Disgusting

Sheets were soiled with BLOOD. Bedding used by a previous guest were obviously not changed. This was the worst experience in motel cleanliness we have ever encountered. Spoke to motel asst. manager about this, but received an arrogant, uncooperative attitude. We ended up leaving at 11:45 pm to another motel. Sleep in your car before you stay here! 5/28/08

I liked the room but it was not as clean as it should have been and the noise from the lounge kept us awake. The problem was resolved in a very effective manner. The staff was great.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows.
