Quality Inn and Suites Hotel

I liked the friendliness of the staff, and information savvy of the staff.

The hotel is close to the freeway and out of the heavy 'go to work in the morning' traffic. But it was hard to locate at night. It needs better signage.

The hotel claims to have free airport shuttle, but refused to pick us up at the airport. Both the pool and hot tub were not working. The front desk staff was neither friendly or helpful. There were no restaurants close by to eat if you arrive late in the evening, and the staff is unwilling to help.
