This hotel is the old holiday inn (swook) it is no wonder why holiday inn dropped thier flag and put up a quaility inn flag. It is evident that the hotel has poor managment. The general manger is not worried about our stay.

What a rip off!! The airconditoners in the rooms leaked all over the carpet (so are socks got soaking wet)! They closed down the pool without notice they put too much clorine in. So there was nothing for the kids to do. Oh yeah and nothing knocked...
