50 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Hotel has recently went through new ownership and management. New management has made major improvements with hotel staff and house keeping. Would recommend this property over the new Comfort Inn and Suites which is right next door. Enjoyed the friendly hotel staff and convenient access to freeway and shopping amenities.

I enjoyed a clean room, but I did see several hairs in the bathroom. It had a small bathroom; the sink and mirror are outside of the bathroom in the open (no wall). The room had a 27" TV with many channels. There's a Wal-Mart and fast food nearby.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Quality Inn Spearfish.
I might recommend it to friends.
