The hotel room was clean and was a good bargain. Stayed here while my daughter attended softball tournaments during the Women's College World Series. Pool area was nice and clean, pool was great. I would recommend this hotel.
There was no maid service 3 out of the 4 days we were there. The desk clerk said he was too busy to bring us fresh towels. The staff was rude. There was a strip club next door and they were renting rooms to prostitutes while the hotel was full of

I was really impressed with the GM she made sure to let us know if we needed anything. We loved the pool and all of the other employees who helped serve us. Breakfeast was set up every morning and for earlier for games that our girls had to be gon
We booked a group reservation for a softball team and were told our group would all be together (even at check-in) facing the pool. As people checked in, we were scattered all over the hotel.

I work for the American Cancer Society and the Quality Inn Southwest partners with us and donates rooms (when available) to patients traveling long distances to come to OKC for there treatments. Every person that has stayed here has had nothing but...

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I was in town visiting family and this hotel was in the right location at the right price! The hotel staff as very friendly and quick to help when we needed directions to the Omniplex.
