Hallways full of mosquitos because the door from the hall to the outside was left open all day and night allowing anyone or anything from the street to walk into the main hallway of rooms at will. No hot water in the shower. Complained quietly about it to the front desk and was told later that evening that because of my complaints I had to leave the hotel or they would charge me with trespassing.

I liked the place and the staff--but no pool and was really wanting to swim

Although the room was as promised and clean enough, there were stairs and no elevator and the hallway smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The room price was okay for what we got but I think I will pay a little more for a newer hotel next time.

The A/C Unit was noisy,the sinks and toilet were cracked. The price was right for what we got, a place to sleep.The continental breakfast was good but the room was to small for the amount of people they were trying to run through at one time!

Excellent location close to the airport and all major Seminar events around Seatac airport. Hotel operated Shuttle. Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. Plenty of good restaurants around the area including 13 Coins.

Access to several Tours of

First I liked the close location to the airport, you can almost walk to the main gate. The staff was very friendly (I think new management there) and very helpfull in finding things for us to do and places to visit. The Breakfast was advertised as C

The rooms were clean, but the hallway smelt. The facility is old, but well kept.

It was an excellent facility. We had to leave by half past five o'clock to catch our flight and they started breakfast at four o'clock. It was a very good buy.

They addressed me by name. They loaded our bags in their van. They handed me a newspaper when I approached the desk.

It is an excellent place for a lay over at the Sea Tac airport. It is close to the airport and it has a good shuttle service.

The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

worst managed hotel. I use to be a regular airline staff, treated nice and fair during the old management, since it was bought my the new managment this hotel is going down hill fast, the new management have no clue how to run a hotel, I will not be returning and same goes with most of my assosciates.
