A hotel is defined by the quality of service that it provides to its guests. We accommodate many guests with the principle goal of providing dependable service at a reasonable price. I take serious the concerns of every guest. It tells us what’s right, what we're doing wrong and how to improve ourselves. As Manager I firmly believe every one of my guests are entitled to express freely an opinion of the hotel experience even when I do not personally agree with the review. The one area I take exception to is LIBEL AND SLANDER which occurs when a person or entity communicates false information that damages the reputation of another person or entity resulting in defamation. We would like the reader to know that after careful investigation and verification of the events surrounding member 152503 we discovered the complaints as unfounded. In fact the hotel had strong evidence of fraudulent and illegal activity involving member 152503. In order to protect all our hotel guests and our property I exercised our "Right to Refuse Service" to member 152503 under threat of Criminal Trespass.

Member 152503 incurred no room or misc. charges darning their stay in light of the fact that the hotel had every legal right to do so. The hotel offered to assist in relocating to a different hotel within reasonable distance from our location that member 152503 declined. It should be noted that the complaints in member 152503 review were not those expressed while at the hotel. It is not my policy nor that of this hotel to refuse service to any guest under grounds of reasonable satisfaction resulting in a complaint that is outside the scope of "Act of God" or Government Action as alleged by member 152503. I truly regret that this action and a reply was necessary regarding this issue. Management hopes the reader will weigh carefully all that is claimed in member 152503 review and be open minded to the motivation behind it.

Hallways full of mosquitos because the door from the hall to the outside was left open all day and night allowing anyone or anything from the street to walk into the main hallway of rooms at will. No hot water in the shower. Complained quietly about it to the front desk and was told later that evening that because of my complaints I had to leave the hotel or they would charge me with trespassing.

I liked the place and the staff--but no pool and was really wanting to swim

Although the room was as promised and clean enough, there were stairs and no elevator and the hallway smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The room price was okay for what we got but I think I will pay a little more for a newer hotel next time.

The A/C Unit was noisy,the sinks and toilet were cracked. The price was right for what we got, a place to sleep.The continental breakfast was good but the room was to small for the amount of people they were trying to run through at one time!

Excellent location close to the airport and all major Seminar events around Seatac airport. Hotel operated Shuttle. Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. Plenty of good restaurants around the area including 13 Coins.

Access to several Tours of

First I liked the close location to the airport, you can almost walk to the main gate. The staff was very friendly (I think new management there) and very helpfull in finding things for us to do and places to visit. The Breakfast was advertised as C

The rooms were clean, but the hallway smelt. The facility is old, but well kept.

It was an excellent facility. We had to leave by half past five o'clock to catch our flight and they started breakfast at four o'clock. It was a very good buy.

They addressed me by name. They loaded our bags in their van. They handed me a newspaper when I approached the desk.

It is an excellent place for a lay over at the Sea Tac airport. It is close to the airport and it has a good shuttle service.

The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.
