43 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
when I tried to checkin they said they were overbooked despite my confirmed reservation from Choice Hotels. When I tried to get assistance to find another room they called the police because I was agitated. Who wouldn't be upset trying to get a room around Solvang in August. Steve who claimed to be manager needs to be fired immediately. Not even the police I spoke with like him.
