Horrible
Service was poor, the room is very small, the bathroom is convenient, you can use the toilet and take a shower at the same time since the bathroom is so small. The room had a moldy stench, we ended up leaving and checking into another hotel....

The Quality Inn hotel in Santa Barbara was clean. The staff was knowledgeable.
The staff called us by first names and introduced themselves upon arrival. If I asked a question to which a staff member did not have an immediate answer, that staff member would get me the correct answer right away.
I am very likely
to return to the Quality Inn Santa Barbara.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
Location is close to town , but the beds and linens were awful and torn and not very clean. The top covering looked like it was 20 years old as well as the mattress - stay away from room #107. It's hard to imagine a room like this is still as ...

The room was as expected for the price we were paying. The staff was friendly. We experienced no problems and we had a good stay. My only complaint was that there was not much for grocery stores or restaurants within walking distance.
I am very likely
to return to the Quality Inn Santa Barbara.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We stayed twice. The first time was off season and the price was reasonable for the quality. The second time the price was up for the summer and well above what the hotel was worth.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Quality Inn Santa Barbara.
I might recommend it to friends.

If you are looking for cool ocean view location or smack in the downtown location, this isn't it. But they are close enough driving distance and the motel is priced right. The room was fairy clean and functional.

Mediocre
The Good: The location is great, its near State St, and close to downtown. Close to UCSD and Westmont college. Cheap rates too if you book it with the manager.
The Bad: Room is ok but thats exactly what you paid for, Thin walls, you...
