This hotel is very nice. It is an older hotel with all outside entrances which we loved. It is nice to pull up to your room and unload without having to trample through the lobby with 4 kids. The staff was friendly and we really enjoyed to complimentary cocktails in the evening and breakfast in the morning, not just coffee and danishes.

The rooms were fine for the price but nothing that I would consider fancy. The pool was nice; however, it was far too cold. The continental breakfast was good, with a lot of variety.

The staff at this inn has very poor customer service. I have had to wait over a month for an over charge on my credit card to be fixed. I am still waiting! The manager is never available, and the front desk help is very rude! I will never stay here...
