Quality Inn Richfield Hotel - Page 1

Although this hotel is sufficient for a night's stay, I will never go back. There are No Smoking signs all over the hotel, hallways, and rooms, but the smell of cigarette smoke permeates the place! It smells especially bad in the hallways, but it gets into the rooms as well. We checked in, stayed for an hour and couldn't get passed the smell so we checked right back out without spending the night. We went across town to a different hotel and spent the same money for a much better experience.

I had a problem with cigarette smoke in the hallways that drifted into the room. The staff immediately changed us into a new room that was one of the most expensive rooms in the motel. I would recommend this motel to others.

The hotel is conveniently located for all activities in town. There is a JB restaurant right next door.

This hotel made me feel practical: Good price, close to everything I needed to be close to.

This hotel made me feel respected: They treated me very nice when I came into the lobby. They were very good people.
