They were very helpful when we brought our dog unannounced. The moved us to a pet room so we would not have to pay a deposit.

This hotel made me feel welcome: When we showed up with our dog unexpected, they moved us to pet room without a hassle.

I am very likely to return to the Quality Inn Pullman.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This Quality Inn hotel is in a nice mostly quiet location. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The personnel is pleasant and they offer a very nice continental breakfast.

I am very likely to return to the Quality Inn Pullman.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was located very close to the college campus. They had a great continental breakfast and jacuzzi. This pet room was full of pet hair. It was late and the staff member wanted me to change the sheets, but I asked her to. It appeared as if this room was not cleaned at all prior to our arrival. I was very disgusted, as our prior visit was very acceptable.

I am very likely to return to the Quality Inn Pullman.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was fine. The bed was comfortable and the location was quiet.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The chairs were comfortable.

The key card had to be reset daily or more frequently during my three-night stay.
