Quality Inn Plaza Hotel - Page 2

I recently stayed at this hotel April 07. I found all staff pleasant and helpful. The Zebras bar was nice, and the bar man was very helpful pointing us in right direction for nice restaurants. The 24 hour deli was very welcomed, and having a refrigerator in the room was useful to keep milk and pop chilled. The restaurant was not up to much, but we only visited this once.

The only disappointing thing for our two boys was the swimming pool closing at 10pm. It's in an excellent location on International Drive, just across from Pointe Orlando shopping mall. I would definitely visit this hotel again.

The location was good. The service was good. The room was good. I would stay there again.

I had a great experience. The staff was nice and courteous. There was plenty to do all around- on the strip and at the inn. I was a bit hesitant to book due to the previous reviews. However, I was very pleased with the quality I got for my money. I will stay with them again.

The location is great. It is next to a lot of good eating places and close to SeaWorld. The accommodations are not the best in the world, but they are decent enough. The price is good.

The hotel is great value for the location. It is very convenient and clean.

I was concerned about the safety of the area even with all the uniformed security officers. The door handles have to be moved up to open, not the usual down. I was not told about this at check in.

I dislike the International Drive area. I stayed there because relatives already had reservations there.

The hotel had nice rooms but it was hard to get into and out of, it was hard to park and it was not as close to the restaurants as we liked. It was a good value for the price, though.

The hotel offers good value for the money. However, check-in can take a long time (over half an hour). The parking lot is very confusing to navigate at night if you've never stayed at this property before.

When I checked in the staff was nice. The room, however, had an odor; there was mold on the ceilings. The bed did not have a bottom fitted sheet, so the sheets came off while we slept. Also, the check out girl was not nice.

It's a huge hotel that spans several buildings, which leads to a lot of walking to the pools, restaurant or lobby. The dining room was hot. Cable was staticky. The security was for show, often the kiosk was not even manned. The location was convenient, there were great restaurants nearby. The employees were helpful enough. I stayed in a decent room with a comfortable bed.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked well.

The hotel was at a great location for Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. I wasn't very impressed with the free breakfast bar, but at least it was free. There is a close restaurant across the street too.

It's not a bad motel, just not as nice as I expected and wanted for the price. There was no room service available, it took a long walk to the lobby, and there were no snack machines nearby. The towels were very poor quality, but there were lots of them.

It was nice having a refrigerator with a freezer in the room (although it took 1 day to get a working fridge - first time I called they 'repaired' it and it was not cooling. The second time I called, they replaced it.

The hotel is in a great location. It's convenient, easy to get to, has easy check in and check out. It provides good quality for the money.

We got what we paid for: low rates, marginal service, and accommodations.
