Negatives? I'm still trying to remember one, can't, probably because there weren't any. Positives? The room, the bed, the pillows, the cleanliness, the bathroom, the television (a normal TV but lots of channels), the internet connection wired and wireless, the parking, the microwave and refrigerator, the parking, the staff ... all the things you want to be positive. Oh, and a good breakfast. Not five-star, but good. All in all, it was an excellent value and I will stay there again next month.
