45 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business

It is shown as a three-star hotel. I did not think it was. It was more like a Hotel 6.

I am not likely to return to the Quality Inn Palm Springs.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel is under new owners. Some repairs are needed to buildings and one spa was filled with algae.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Quality Inn Palm Springs.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was undergoing renovations and quite messy as a result. The bed was overly soft and gave no support.

I am very likely to return to the Quality Inn Palm Springs.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It is a fine hotel, I suppose. They didn't accept my coupon though, and the front desk staff was less than enthusiastic. The bathroom was also poorly lit and the pillows were hard as rocks.

This hotel made me feel practical: I was tired after driving for 400 miles, and it was the only hotel that had a room for a reasonable rate in the area. It seemed like a practical place to stay. I slept, then I left the next morning.

I am not likely to return to the Quality Inn Palm Springs.
I would not recommend it to friends.
