Our room was extremely clean and quite good sized. Even though it was a pet room it did not smell of pets. The staff was exceptionally helpful and quick to help with the exception of one maid, who had lied to the head house keeper about the reason our room was not made up. In our case, one rotten apple did not spoil the barrel!
There was a little courtyard where we were able to take our little dog for potty breaks. They even supplied baggies, for those who had not come prepared.
It was easy to find and spite of there being a divider on the highway, making it a bit more difficult to cross, it really was not all that hard to get access to it's parking lot. We have seen much worse.
Had there of been a microwave and refrigerator I would of rated it a 10.
Since we had been accustomed to having our own suite on wheels (motor home), we are a bit more critical that most so this rating doesn't come easy from us.

I think it is a horrible place because the floor had stans,it smelled awful the maid survice was awful to because the glass cups all they do is spray them and put them back gross.The hot tub was bad because if your a grown up you can't see you kids and the pool was bad because the filter was loose and if you fell on top of it you could get stuck and die.The worst part was when i found a dead mouse.I think it was a horrible place to stay i think the only person who would like to stay there is a person on business or a person who likes to smoke.

Excellent
Outside appearance was very nice. Front desk staff very helpful. Good laundry facilities with 5 washers and dryers. Room was clean and comfortable. Good, hot breakfast with varied selection. We would definitely stay here again.
65 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
The location is good but the access is a bit difficult because of a divider on the highway. The help by the staff for a special service was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to give good service.
We were greeted professionally. We received personal service when needed. They were friendly and helpful.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Quality Inn Oakwood.
I might recommend it to friends.
